I know what it feels like to be high-functioning but internally unsettled. To push hard, achieve, perform — and still feel restless underneath it all.

What changed my life wasn’t motivation. It was regulation. Movement with intention. Structure instead of chaos. Breath instead of force. Honesty instead of performance.

The work I offer is practical, embodied, and disciplined. It’s built on nervous system stability, physical strength, and grounded self-awareness.

About Mark A. Turnipseed

My work is rooted in lived experience and disciplined practice.
After navigating recovery, competing as an Ironman athlete, and working as a personal trainer, I learned that intensity alone does not create strength. Sustainable strength requires regulation, structure, and integration.
Yoga became the practice that stabilized my nervous system and rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Today, I teach breath-led, intelligently sequenced movement that balances challenge with spaciousness. My approach blends yoga, nervous system regulation, and performance structure to help driven individuals cultivate resilience, mental clarity, and calm authority in their bodies.
For me, yoga is not performance.
It is integration.
